Away from prying eyes, Mexico’s lush and trendy jungle can be found here, serving you a fusion of Mexican and Peruvian dishes. In this intimate spot, the vegetation seems to have reclaimed its rights; however, it peacefully coexists with pure purple lights.
Corporate Chef Rocco Seminara has artfully composed a menu that would blend the generous flavors of the French Riviera cuisine with the refreshing Mediterranean and Greek influences.

VEGETABLE GARDEN
It is in a local and traceable approach that the Sunset Plaza has decided to curate vast vegetable gardens in a controlled environment. It cultivates fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices to garnish the Chef’s summer dishes. Cooking to the rhythm of nature while preserving the environment, Corporate Chef Rocco Seminara and the entire Bagatelle Group cook with a focus of sustainability and ecological responsibility.
